Setting up IPTV on a Smart TV is slightly different depending on which brand and operating system your TV uses. Samsung runs Tizen OS, LG runs webOS, and Sony (plus most Android TV/Google TV sets) runs Android TV or Google TV — and each has a different path for installing IPTV apps.

Setup for Android TV & Google TV (Sony, Philips, TCL, Hisense)
Android TV and Google TV sets have the Google Play Store built in, which makes IPTV setup much simpler — you install IPTV Smarters Pro directly without any sideloading.

Open the Google Play Store
From your Android TV home screen, navigate to the Google Play Store app. Press the microphone button on your remote and say "IPTV Smarters Pro" to search, or use the on-screen keyboard.

Install IPTV Smarters Pro
Select IPTV Smarters Pro from the search results (developer: XTREME HD IPTV). Click Install and wait for it to download. The app is free to install.

Open the App & Accept Terms
Launch IPTV Smarters Pro from your home screen. Accept the terms and conditions when prompted.

Select Login Method
On the login screen, select "Login with Xtream Codes API". This is the correct method for Zylo TV. Do not select M3U URL.

Enter Your Zylo TV Credentials
Enter the following from your Zylo TV welcome email:

Setup for Samsung Smart TV (Tizen OS)
Samsung Smart TVs run Tizen OS which doesn't support Android apps directly. The best native option is the Smart IPTV app from the Samsung App Store. Alternatively, plug a Firestick into your Samsung's HDMI port for the full IPTV Smarters experience.

Open the Samsung App Store
Press the Smart Hub button on your remote (house icon). Navigate to Apps at the top of the screen, then press the Search icon.

Search for Smart IPTV
Type
"Smart IPTV" in the search box. Select it from the results and click
Install. The app is free to install. Note: after a 7-day trial, Smart IPTV requires a one-time €5.49 licence payment.
The licence fee is a one-time payment per TV, not a recurring subscription. Worth it for the quality.

Find Your TV's MAC Address
Open Smart IPTV. The app will display your TV's MAC address on screen — note this down. You'll need it to register the app on the Smart IPTV website.

Add Your Zylo TV M3U URL via Website
On a phone or computer, go to siptv.eu/mylist. Enter your TV's MAC address. In the M3U URL field, enter your Zylo TV M3U URL (available from your Zylo TV account or by contacting support on WhatsApp). Save the settings.

Reload the App on Your Samsung TV
Go back to your Samsung TV and press the Reload button in Smart IPTV. Your Zylo TV channels will load within 1–2 minutes.
Alternative method: For the best Samsung IPTV experience, plug an Amazon Firestick into your Samsung TV's HDMI port. This gives you IPTV Smarters Pro with full EPG, catch-up TV, and a much better interface than Smart IPTV.
Setup for LG Smart TV (webOS)
LG Smart TVs run webOS, which also supports the Smart IPTV app from the LG Content Store. The setup process is similar to Samsung but accessed through LG's own app ecosystem.

Open the LG Content Store
Press the Home button on your LG Magic Remote. Navigate to the LG Content Store from the home screen menu.

Troubleshooting — Common Smart TV IPTV Issues
❌ App not available in my country's app store
Some Smart TV app stores restrict app availability by region. The simplest solution is to plug a Firestick into your TV's HDMI port — it bypasses all regional app store restrictions entirely.
❌ Channels loading slowly or buffering
- Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet connection using your TV's LAN port
- In app settings, reduce video quality from 4K to 1080p temporarily to confirm it's a bandwidth issue
- Restart your router and TV
- Check your internet speed — minimum 25 Mbps for 4K streaming
❌ M3U URL not working on Samsung/LG
Contact Zylo TV support on WhatsApp at +1 (917) 781-9085 to get your M3U URL. Not all subscription plans include M3U access by default — you may need to request it specifically.
❌ Smart IPTV shows "No Channel" after adding URL
- Double-check the M3U URL is entered correctly at siptv.eu/mylist
- Try reloading the app 2–3 times — sometimes the first load is slow
- Verify your Zylo TV subscription is active and hasn't expired
❌ EPG is empty or showing wrong times
EPG takes 5–10 minutes to load on first use. Go into app settings and set your correct timezone. If EPG is still missing after 24 hours, contact Zylo TV support.
