Channels won't load after entering credentials — what do I do?+
Double-check your Server URL, username and password for typos. Make sure there are no spaces before or after each detail. Passwords are case-sensitive. If correct, restart the app completely. Still failing? Contact us on WhatsApp — we'll fix it in minutes.
Xtream Codes or M3U — which should I choose?+
Always choose Xtream Codes API unless your welcome email specifically includes an M3U playlist URL. Xtream Codes gives you full EPG, catch-up TV and faster loading.
My channels are buffering — how do I fix this?+
Buffering is usually caused by a slow internet connection. You need at least 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. Try switching from WiFi to a wired ethernet connection. If that doesn't help, contact our 24/7 support — we can switch you to a faster server.
The app says my credentials are wrong but I copied them exactly.+
Check for invisible spaces at the beginning or end of each field. Also confirm the server URL includes http:// or https:// and the port number. If still failing, contact us on WhatsApp and we'll verify your credentials immediately.
Can I use Zylo TV on multiple devices at the same time?+
Yes — each Zylo TV subscription supports up to 5 simultaneous connections. Watch on your TV, phone, tablet and computer all at the same time using the same credentials.
IPTV Smarters isn't available in my Samsung App Store.+
Try searching for Smart IPTV or IBO Player instead. If none appear, use the IBO Player setup with Device ID pairing — it works on virtually all Samsung and LG TVs regardless of region.
How do I get my login credentials after subscribing?+
Your Server URL, username and password are sent to your email within 5-15 minutes of payment. Check your spam folder if you don't receive them. If still nothing, contact us on WhatsApp — we'll resend immediately.
What internet speed do I need?+
Minimum 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K. For multiple devices simultaneously, 50 Mbps or faster is recommended. Test your speed at fast.com.
