Live sports and local TV — Edmonton Oilers, Edmonton Elks and FC Edmonton games, plus local Edmonton stations, in HD and in 4K where the broadcaster offers it. Works on Firestick, smart TVs, phones and computers.
Edmonton Oilers are one of the NHL's great dynasties — Wayne Gretzky's Oilers won five Stanley Cups in seven years in the 1980s. Connor McDavid's generation has rekindled that excellence, taking Edmonton to the 2024 Stanley Cup Final in one of the most dramatic playoff runs in recent memory. Rogers Place is one of the NHL's best arenas. The Battle of Alberta against Calgary rivals El Clásico in terms of provincial sporting intensity.
Zylo TV carries the national and regional sports networks that show Edmonton sports, with no separate sports package on top of your subscription. Games that stream only on a league or team app, and pay-per-view events, are the ones to check during your free trial.
All games broadcast on NHL, CFL networks are included in your subscription. Games that stream only on a league or team app are the exception.
Beyond Edmonton local sports, Zylo TV includes the Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, NFL RedZone, NBA TV, Formula 1, UFC/MMA, boxing, cricket, rugby, and golf majors — all included, all in 4K where broadcast in 4K.
Free 24-hour trial — no credit card. Check the channels for your team before you pay.
Edmonton subscribers get access to live channels across every genre — sports, news, entertainment, movies, series, kids, and international. Here's a snapshot of what's included:

The gap between cable pricing and what it actually delivers has pushed a growing number of Edmonton households toward IPTV. Zylo TV runs on top of an existing Telus PureFibre or Shaw/Rogers connection, with no new hardware, no scheduled installation, and no multi-year contract standing in the way. The channel lineup alone tends to exceed anything available through a standard Canadian cable package, and getting started takes only a few minutes.
Zylo TV's annual plan works out to $6.58/month, with no contract and no box rental. Compare that with your current cable or satellite bill in Edmonton, including equipment fees and sports add-ons.

Telus PureFibre and Shaw/Rogers between them cover most addresses in Edmonton, and neither has any trouble handling IPTV streaming on a standard plan. A different provider isn't an issue either, since the only real requirement is meeting the minimum speed thresholds. Wi-Fi covers everyday viewing fine, though live sports are better served by a wired connection.
Zylo TV works with any broadband connection — cable, fiber, DSL, or fixed wireless. The only requirement is a stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps for HD or 25 Mbps for 4K. Here's how the main Edmonton providers perform:
| Quality | Min Speed Required | Recommended Speed | Data Per Hour |
|---|---|---|---|
| SD (480p) | 3 Mbps | 5 Mbps | ~0.7 GB |
| HD (720p) | 5 Mbps | 10 Mbps | ~1.5 GB |
| Full HD (1080p) | 10 Mbps | 20 Mbps | ~3 GB |
| 4K Ultra HD | 25 Mbps | 50 Mbps | ~7 GB |
Tip: For live sports, use a wired Ethernet connection rather than WiFi wherever possible. Ethernet eliminates buffering during high-action moments.
No technician visit, no equipment rental, no installation window. Set up Zylo TV yourself in under 5 minutes on any device:
